I do not understand why you make it so hard to send money to those we love. You have lost my confidence and business. I called and the rep said this is an ongoing problem. I was worried that my loved ones would not have money for transit or food. I used your service for a while without problems then I was not able to send money. Nobody at Paypal could help me apparently because they are in nebraska and can only help US and Canada citizens, my question then is why do you present me with that number then on my pay pal account.? and what is the correct number for South Africans to call? I am sitting with a bill for international calls to paypal, and a refund that i still have not received, dispite paypal sending me confirmation emails of the refund. I will NEVER do business using PayPal service again. Nonetheless, PayPal's customer service is the reason I will be closing my account as soon as I receive my refund. I never received the item purchased, therefore it would make sense to refund me back my money spent. I call to speak with a few representatives as well as a nasty disrespectful supervisor" name Ken (no last name) just to be told my "account for my refund is still under review". PayPal assured me I would receive my credit back for item today November 8th. I have an outstanding dispute since October 21st on an item with a merchant I never received. They are careless foreigners that can barley understand protocol of the company and lack respect for the customer.
